To be eligible for a replacement product or another style, please ensure that you inform our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

 

- Am I eligible for resizing?

Sure, all of our products can be resizing for once only. Please contact our customer service team for further operations.

 

- Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, buyers should bear the shipping cost of returning and resending if orders are returned for exchange or resize.

 

- How do I package my item for return?
