- Do you offer international shipping?

Orders will be eligible for free shipping.

- What’s the lead time for orders?

Standard order processing takes up to 7 days. Please keep in mind that during peak periods, processing times may exceed 7 days.

- Can I track my delivery online?

Tracking number will be provided by email when orders are shipped, and you can track the status online. 

- Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

The final price on website doesn’t include duties and taxes, so you may have to pay tax and import duties once the parcel enters your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

- Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address by contacting our customer service team if the order has not yet entered into manufacturing or has not yet shipped.
